ছাত্র : 

সাদা শার্ট, নেভি ব্লু প্যান্ট, সাদা মোজা, কালো জুতো, শীতে নেভি ব্লু সোয়েটার।

ছাত্রী:

V - VI : সাদা শার্ট / কামিজ, নেভি ব্লু স্কার্ট, সাদা মোজা, কালো জুতো, ওড়না নেভি - ব্লু। শীতে নেভি ব্লু সোয়েটার। 

VII - X : নেভি ব্লু কামিজ, সাদা সালোয়ার, সাদা মোজা, কালো জুতো, ওড়না নেভি - ব্লু। শীতে নেভি ব্লু সোয়েটার। 

XI - XII : সাদা কামিজ, নেভি ব্লু সালোয়ার, সাদা মোজা, কালো জুতো, ওড়না নেভি - ব্লু। শীতে নেভি ব্লু সোয়েটার। 

ছাত্র- ছাত্রীদের অবশ্য পালনীয় নিয়মাবলী

1. প্রত্যহ বিদ্যালয়ে নির্ধারিত পোশাক পরিধান করে আসা।

2. 10:40 মি. প্রার্থনায় 'জাতীয়স্তোত্র' ও 'জাতীয়সঙ্গীত'--এ প্রত্যহ প্রত্যেক ছাত্র- ছাত্রীর উপস্থিতি বাধ্যতামূলক।

3. 10:50 মি. ক্লাস শুরু হলে কোন ছাত্র ছাত্রীকে বিদ্যালয়ে প্রবেশ করতে দেওয়া হবে না।

4. কমপক্ষে শতকরা 70 দিন বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিতি বাধ্যতামূলক। উপস্থিতি কম হলে পরীক্ষায় বসতে দেওয়া হবে না। (শর্ত সাপেক্ষে)

5. প্রতিটি ক্লাস করা ও প্রতিটি বই খাতা আনা।

6. বিদ্যালয়ে মোবাইল ফোন, আইপড, ক্যামেরা কঠোর ভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

7. বিদ্যালয় চলাকালীন বিদ্যালয়ের বাইরে যাওয়া বা অন্য ক্লাসে যাওয়া নিষেধ।

8. দ্বিতীয় পিরিয়ডের আগে বাইরে বেরোনো যাবে না। শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকা বা মনিটরের অনুমতিতে একই সময়ে সর্বাধিক ২ জন ছাত্র এবং ২ জন ছাত্রী বাইরে বেরোতে পারবে।

9. প্রত্যহ বাড়ির কাজ ও পড়া করে বিদ্যালয়ে আসা।

10. বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গণে কোনো হারানো সামগ্রী পেলে সততা ও দায়িত্বশীলতার পরিচয় দিয়ে তা অফিসে বা গেটম্যানকে জমা দেওয়া।

11. অনুপস্থিত হলে অভিভাবকের স্বাক্ষরযুক্ত আবেদন পত্র / সঠিক কারণ উল্লেখিত ডায়েরীর নির্দিষ্ট পৃষ্টা জমা দেওয়া। 3 দিন বা তার বেশি অনুপস্থিতিতে Medical Certificate বা অভিভাবকের সাক্ষাৎ আবশ্যিক।

12. হঠাৎ অসুস্থতায় শ্রেণি শিক্ষকের অনুমতি নিয়ে বাড়ি যাওয়া / অগ্রিম অনুমতি নেওয়া।

13. বাৎসরিক ফি এককালীন দিয়ে ভর্তি হতে হবে।

14. সাইকেল নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে নিজ দায়িত্বে রাখতে হবে।

15. অশোভনীয় ভাবে মাথার চুল কাটা বা রঙিন করে আসা নিষেধ।

16. ছাত্রীদের সাদা ফিতে দিয়ে বিনুনি বাঁধা আবশ্যক।

17. আইডেন্টিটি কার্ড ও ডায়রী অবশ্যই প্রত্যহ আনতে হবে।

18. ক্লাস চলাকালীন বা দুটি পিরিয়ডের মাঝে বারান্দায় ঘোরাঘুরি বা ছোটাছুটি করা যাবে না এবং অন্য ক্লাসের বারান্দায় যাওয়া যাবে না।

ছাত্র- ছাত্রীদের আচরণ বিধি 

(এডুকেশন বোর্ডের 61 / বি ধারা অনুসারে)

ক) ছাত্র ছাত্রীর নিম্নিলিখিত অসদাচরণ গুলি গর্হিত ও শাস্তি যোগ্য বলে গণ্য:

1. শিক্ষক শিক্ষিকা শিক্ষাকর্মীদের প্রতি অসম্মানিক ব্যবহার ও দৈহিক আঘাত।

2. শ্রেণিকক্ষে গোলমাল, পাঠদানে বাধা, অশোভন অঙ্গ ভঙ্গি বা উক্তি ও ক্লাস বয়কট।

3. সহপাঠীদের প্রতি দুর্ব্যবহার, দৈহিক ও মানসিক আঘাতকরণ, সহপাঠীদের বই, খাতা, ব্যাগ, সাইকেল চুরি করা, উদ্দেশ্য প্রণোদিতভাবে কোন সহপাঠীর নামে মিথ্যা নালিশ ও ভীতি প্রদর্শন করা।

4. ইভটিজিং / সহপাঠী বা সহপাঠীনিদের প্রতি দুর্ব্যবহার।

5. বিদ্যালয়ের সম্পত্তির চুরি বা ক্ষতি সাধন করা, বিদ্যালয় ভবন নোংরা করা।

6. যেকোন নেশার দ্রব্য গ্রহণ করা।

7. বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান তথা অন্যান্য শিক্ষক শিক্ষিকা শিক্ষাকর্মীদের নির্দেশ অমান্য করা। বিদ্যালয় সম্পর্কে কুৎসা প্রচার / প্রচারে, প্ররোচনা দান।

8. ছাত্র- ছাত্রীদের অবশ্য পালনীয় নিয়মাবলী না মানা বা না মানতে অন্যকে প্ররোচনা দেওয়া, নৈতিক মূল্যবোধের বিরোধী যেকোন কাজে লিপ্ত থাকা।

9. বিদ্যালয়ে যাবতীয় অনুমোদিত নয় এমন বস্তু বা নিষিদ্ধ বস্তু সঙ্গে নিয়ে আসা। বিদ্যালয়ের সাথে সম্পর্ক রহিত ব্যক্তিদের বিদ্যালয়ের অভ্যন্তরে নিয়ে আসা বা নিয়ে আসতে প্ররোচনা দেওয়া, সাম্প্রদায়িক ভাবধারা প্রচার বা কাজে লিপ্ত থাকা, ভারতীয় দন্ড বিধি অনুসারে অপরাধ বলে গণ্য এমন কোন কাজে লিপ্ত থাকা।

10. অপ্রাপ্ত বয়সে (18 বছরে পূর্বে) বিবাহ।

খ) উপরোক্ত শৃঙ্খলা ভঙ্গকারী, গর্হিত ও শাস্তিযোগ্য অসদাচরণগুলির ক্ষেত্রে বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান, অধিবিদ্যা পরিষদ, প্রয়োজনে কর্মীপরিষদের সাথে আলোচনার ভিত্তিতে অপরাধের গুরুত্ব বিচারে সংশ্লিষ্ট ছাত্র- ছাত্রীর বিরুদ্ধে নিম্নলিখিত শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থাগুলির মধ্য থেকে উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবেন:

1. ছাত্র- ছাত্রী ও তার অভিভাবককে সতর্কীকরণ এবং ভবিষ্যতে এই ধরনের কাজ বা আচরণের পুনরাবৃত্তি হবে না এই মর্মে লিখিত অঙ্গীকার গ্রহণ।

2. সাময়িক কালের জন্য বিদ্যালয় ও ক্লাস থেকে বরখাস্ত করা।

3. ট্রান্সফার সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান।

4. বিদ্যালয় থেকে বহিষ্ককরণ (পরিচালন সমিতির চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদনে)

(বিঃদ্রঃ - পরীক্ষার ফলাফল, অসদাচরণ ইত্যাদির জন্য অভিভাবক সাক্ষাৎকার ও অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রকৃত অভিভাবক ছাড়া অন্য কোন ব্যক্তির সংশ্লিষ্ট ছাত্র / ছাত্রীর পক্ষে হাজির হওয়ার ও বক্তব্য পেশের অধিকার নেই।)

STUDENT UNIFORM

The prescribed school uniform must be worn neatly and properly on all working days and during all official school functions.

Boys

White Shirt, Navy Blue Trousers, White Socks, Black Shoes, Navy Blue Sweater (Winter)

Girls

Classes V–VI: White Shirt/Kameez, Navy Blue Skirt, White Socks, Black Shoes, Navy Blue Dupatta, Navy Blue Sweater (Winter).

Classes VII–X: Navy Blue Kameez, White Salwar, White Socks, Black Shoes, Navy Blue Dupatta, Navy Blue Sweater (Winter).

Classes XI–XII: White Kameez, Navy Blue Salwar, White Socks, Black Shoes, Navy Blue Dupatta, Navy Blue Sweater (Winter).

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Every student is expected to maintain discipline, honesty, punctuality, and respect for others while upholding the dignity and reputation of the school.

1. Students must attend school every day in the prescribed school uniform, maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene.

2. Attendance at the Morning Assembly (10:40 a.m.), including the National Pledge and the National Anthem, is compulsory for every student.

3. Classes commence at 10:50 a.m. Students arriving after the commencement of classes will not be permitted to enter the school campus.

4. A minimum attendance of 70% is compulsory. Students with attendance below the prescribed limit may not be permitted to appear for examinations, subject to the rules of the Board and the school.

5. Students must attend every class regularly and bring all prescribed textbooks, notebooks, school diary, and other required learning materials.

6. Students should complete all homework and assigned work before coming to school each day.

7. Mobile phones, smart watches, cameras, iPods, earphones, and all other unauthorised electronic devices are strictly prohibited on the school premises.

8. Students are not permitted to leave the school campus or visit other classrooms during school hours without prior permission from the school authorities.

9. No student may leave the classroom before the second period. With the permission of the concerned teacher or class monitor, not more than two boys and two girls may leave the classroom at the same time.

10. Students who become unwell during school hours may leave the school only after obtaining permission from the Class Teacher or the school authorities.

11. In case of absence, a leave application duly signed by the parent/guardian or the relevant page of the school diary stating the reason for absence must be submitted on the day of rejoining. For absences of three consecutive days or more, a Medical Certificate or a personal meeting with the parent/guardian is mandatory.

12. The annual fees must be paid in full at the time of admission.

13. Students bringing bicycles to school must park them only in the designated bicycle stand. The school shall not be responsible for any loss or damage.

14. Fashionable, unusual, or coloured hairstyles are not permitted.

15. Girl students must keep their hair neatly braided and tied with white ribbons.

16. Every student must carry the School Identity Card and School Diary every day.

17. Running, shouting, loitering in corridors, or visiting the corridors of other classes during class hours or between periods is strictly prohibited.

18. Any student who finds a lost article within the school premises shall immediately hand it over to the School Office or the Gatekeeper as a mark of honesty and responsibility.

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

(As per Section 61(B) of the Education Board Regulations)

Students are expected to maintain exemplary behaviour and conduct themselves with dignity, courtesy, and respect at all times. The following acts constitute misconduct and are liable to disciplinary action:

• Disrespectful behaviour towards teachers, non-teaching staff, or school employees, including verbal abuse or physical assault.

• Disrupting classroom teaching, creating disturbances, using abusive or indecent language or gestures, or participating in class boycotts.

• Bullying, threatening, intimidating, physically or mentally harassing fellow students, or making false allegations against them.

• Stealing or damaging the books, notebooks, bags, bicycles, or other belongings of fellow students.

• Eve-teasing, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behaviour towards classmates.

• Theft, destruction, defacement, or misuse of school property.

• Possession or consumption of tobacco, alcohol, narcotic substances, intoxicants, or any prohibited material.

• Wilful disobedience of lawful instructions issued by the Headmaster, teachers, or school authorities.

• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information regarding the school.

• Encouraging others to violate school rules or engaging in activities contrary to moral and ethical values.

• Bringing unauthorised, dangerous, or prohibited articles onto the school campus.

• Bringing outsiders onto the school premises without permission or encouraging unauthorised entry.

• Promoting communal disharmony or participating in activities punishable under the laws of India.

• Contracting marriage before attaining the legally prescribed age.

DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Depending upon the nature and seriousness of the misconduct, the Headmaster, in consultation with the Academic Council and, where necessary, the Staff Council, may impose one or more of the following disciplinary measures:

• Written warning and counselling of the student, along with a written undertaking from the parent/guardian.

• Suspension from classes or from the school for a specified period.

• Issue of a Transfer Certificate (TC).

• Expulsion from the school, subject to the approval of the School Managing Committee.

The decision of the school authorities regarding disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.

IMPORTANT NOTE

In all matters relating to examinations, academic performance, discipline, parent-teacher meetings, or any official communication with the school, only the student's parent or legal guardian shall be entitled to represent the student. No other person shall be permitted to appear or make representations on the student's behalf.
